The Ironman Experience

The competition of all competitions, a true test of grit and determination. Something I never thought I’d even debate doing but after witnessing the old man complete his 6th full Ironman in Barcelona I knew I had to give it a go, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anybody reading this. Here’s what I learnt throughout the whole experience.
