Competition specific training plan
My personal favourite package, If you have a competition booked in, or even just in mind, I will build you a plan that will have you ready for race day. Please fill out the form to give me your best point of contact as well as what your goals with this race. Once I’ve seen this I’ll reach out with a consultation form to give me a better understanding of your current schedule, your fitness levels and the times you’re currently capable of. This package is perfect for those who feel that they lack the knowledge on how to approach the event without getting injured or burning out, unsure on how to fuel for each session, what type of training is best for their goals or what time you feel like you should aim for. We will get you over that finish line with a time you’re proud of! Once all forms have been completed, please allow up to 72 hours for your training plan to be sent over, these are all built by myself and none of this AI nonsense.
This option is slightly different to the other packages, in the way that this package will also include fuelling plans, as nutrition is one of the most important parts in training and especially on race day! The split between cardio sessions and gym-based sessions will all be depending on your goals and time restraints.
What to expect?
A weekly check in, where we will discuss your sessions completed, any injuries, step count and sleep schedule.
Once this weekly check in has been had, we will discuss any changes/obstacles in your schedule for the following week and then I will get back with the next weeks training plan.
Communication with myself 7 days a week, please allow 12-24 hours for each reply.
Form reviews, if you’re comfortable recording yourself I will encourage you to show me performing each exercise and then if necessary, we can go over how to improve your technique.
Workout logs, where I’ll ask you to provide your data from each cardio-based session, including heart rate, splits and the difficulty you found them etc. I’ll also ask you to fill out a sheet with the weights used and reps completed for each exercise.
